Customers always leave satisfied. You can request an exchange or refund of a
product within 7 calendar days after receipt. It must be
the following conditions are observed:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
We do not exchange products that are unsuitable for the customer:
We provide measurements in centimeters for our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store owner to make exchanges due to a customer's regret.

VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT
Once all queries regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and we will refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.

REFUND METHODS
Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY'S ACCOUNT.
